Discovery Call

We start with a deep conversation about your business, your current platform, what's working, what's not, your target markets, your growth goals, and your technical requirements. We review your existing store and map out what your new infrastructure needs to deliver. This call is free, with no commitment. You'll walk away with a clear understanding of what's possible.

Technical Discovery & Planning

Based on the discovery call, we design your complete commerce architecture. This includes storefront structure, checkout flows, payment processor setup, language and currency configuration, tracking integrations, and deployment strategy. You receive a detailed proposal with full scope, timeline, and pricing before any development begins.

Architecture & Development

Your store is built from the ground up using enterprise-grade technologies, Next.js, PostgreSQL, containerized deployment. Every component is custom-built: no templates, no black-box plugins, no third-party apps. The checkout, cart, upsells, tracking, emails, all native to your store.

Live Test Environment

You receive a live development domain where you can monitor progress in real time. Test every page, every flow, every checkout scenario. Provide feedback directly. Nothing goes live until you've tested and approved everything.

Migration & Global Deployment

We handle the full migration: product catalog, customer database, order history, discount codes. We set up 301 redirects for every URL so you don't lose SEO equity. Your new store is deployed on dedicated Rapid Front-owned servers in your target regions. The cutover is seamless, we run a parallel environment for approximately 2 weeks so you can validate everything before switching over.

Ongoing Management & Optimization

Ongoing

Post-launch, Rapid Front is your dedicated commerce infrastructure team. We manage servers, monitor performance, apply security patches, handle SSL renewals, run daily backups, process your change requests, and deliver monthly performance reports. Your store is continuously maintained and optimized, not just launched and left. This is a long-term partnership, not a one-time project.
